Among the newly appointed members is John Sewell, the Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager for Brunswick Corporation’s Business Acceleration Division, overseeing Freedom Boat Club, Boateka, and Marine Services. Council members consult on numerous boating safety topics, participate in a variety of boating safety initiatives, and are actively engaged in judging the entries for the annual National Boating Safety Awards. #FreedomBoatClub #SeaTow #Boating #Safety

We recently invited Beach Metro News to join us on Lake Ontario and learn more about how we operate. “It’s subscription-based boating that works like a country club or ski club,” said Connor McBean, Director of Operations at Freedom Boat Club of Greater Toronto. Members simply reserve a timeslot and boat of choice online before heading to the docks. Toronto’s Outer Harbour Marina is the largest of three locations that comprise the Greater Toronto club, which also includes Friday Harbour Resort on Lake Simcoe and Port Credit in Mississauga. Freedom Boat Club is now on Lake Guntersville at the City Harbor! “We couldn’t be more thrilled to be here in beautiful Lake City at the City Harbor complex.
