Fridley is one of a very few school districts that offer the IB Continuum to students in preschool to Grade 12. All schools in our district are authorized IB World Schools and we aim to be the best place to learn and the best place to work. We are seeking teachers who have a passion for teaching and staff who have a passion for supporting the education of our young scholars. We have various positions to meet diverse skills, experience, and schedules. We are strongly committed to equity and providing an equitable education and opportunities to all our students. We provide a welcoming and supportive environment for all students and staff. We provide numerous opportunities for professional growth, staff development and collaboration opportunities for staff. We offer competitive pay comprehensive benefits, including teacher loan forgiveness. Our staff gain experience working in an International Baccalaureate World School, a teaching curriculum that is inquiry-based with global perspectives.
