The last couple of weeks, Film & Media Studios in Concord hosted their annual film camp! We bring in all sorts of students, 13 to 20, to learn about the fundamentals of filmmaking and create amazing film projects in a matter of two weeks. To celebrate #NationalDisabilityIndependenceDay, our Disability Inclusion Alliance employee resource group recently held their signature event at Futures Explored Inc, a nonprofit that provides life skills and training to adults with developmental disabilities. “Making the Invisible Visible” was this year’s theme, and attendees heard remarks from disability advocate Dustin Giannelli🦻🏼 and TEDx speaker Alycia Anderson, an accessibility motivational speaker. #BlueShieldCares #WhoWeStandFor #DisabilityPride
