Pearl Street District garage renovation receives design approval ✅ from the Downtown Development Review Board (DDRB), one of five buildings in the @gateway_jax $500 million dollar project. Block N5 will transform the Lighthouse parking garage into 10,000 sqft of retail space along Beaver Street. Block N4, N11, and N8 received approval back in December. Legislation regarding incentives for the mixed-use megadevelopment in the North Core will face a City Council vote by August. If all city bodies give the green light, Gateway will break ground this fall with $98.6 million in incentives. Article: Jacksonville Business Journal
