    A major pharmaceutical company found itself in a bind when it needed to transition its annual awards ceremony from an in-person event into a virtual event due to COVID-19 social distancing protocols. This event is among the most prominent for the organization, as it recognizes top sales performers and employees who have gone above and beyond in different ways.
