About us
Genesys Works’ mission is to provide pathways to career success for high school students in underserved communities through skills training, meaningful work experiences, and impactful relationships. We envision a future where all young adults are equipped and empowered with the knowledge and skills required to achieve career success, upward mobility, and a lifetime of economic self-sufficiency. Genesys Works supports students to career success through a multifaceted program pipeline: 1) An eight-week professional and technical skills training during the summer 2) year-long, paid internships with one of our 50+ corporate partners 3) College and career access guidance 4) Alumni support for our high school graduates as they continue their education and career pathways. Each year for Draft Day, we ask one Genesys Works Young Professional to represent their summer training classmates by sharing their experiences and their excitement as they launch into their Genesys Works internship. We are excited to announce that Muadh Dawud is this year’s student speaker. We’re looking forward to hearing Muadh’s summer training experiences and goals for the future.
