Protecting and empowering immigrant survivors of crime and persecution through free legal services and holistic support.

About us

Georgia Asylum & Immigration Network (GAIN) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that protects and empowers immigrant survivors of crime and persecution, including asylum-seekers and immigrant survivors of human trafficking, domestic violence, and sexual abuse. Our staff attorneys, paralegals, and navigators provide direct service to over 1,000 clients each year while also building a volunteer force of attorneys, whom we recruit, train, and mentor. Through our collaborative work with legal and community partners, we provide free immigration legal services and connect our clients with the social services they need to build safety, stability, and self-sufficiency.
