DAY 5: FIGHTING OUR WAY OUT IN PUBLIC (Picture: client feedback) How's it going? Honestly? It's been incredible. We've received thousands of messages of support, and I'm beyond moved. Sessions is already bigger than I ever imagined. Is it comfortable? Not at all. Talking openly about our start-up drama, laying it all bare, and working through this mess in public is tough. But here's the thing: Something sure about start-ups is that "you must learn to be comfortable while uncomfortable—this is the only way." Yesterday, we had a two-hour AMA with our amazing community. Is radical transparency the way forward? Hell yes. Our community is more engaged than ever, and it's clear that people are rooting for Sessions to succeed. My initial post is now our most powerful piece of content ever — it's drawn more attention than anything we wrote in the past. Some of you have asked, "Radu, why?" How being open about this will help? My answer: This is the only way. If what we're doing makes sense—if people need what we're building—Sessions will not only survive but thrive. Massive kudos to all of you.
