📆 Today marks Black Women's Equal Pay Day, symbolizing how far into 2024 Black women must work to earn what white non-Hispanic men made in just 2023. And when you take race out of the picture, Women's Equal Pay Day was back on March 12th. This stark reality underlines a broader struggle across many dates still to come this year: Moms’ Equal Pay Day – August 7 Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander Women’s Equal Pay Day – August 28 Latina Equal Pay Day – October 3 Native Women’s Equal Pay Day – November 21 🎙️ As we reflect on these disparities, it's crucial to drive conversations that spark real change.
