We know there are many valuable and potential leaders out there who are rarely considered for board service or they themselves feel they would not be eligible. This is what Nourishing Tomorrow's Leaders hopes to change. Non-profit organizations should encourage their potential leaders to apply and develop the skills needed to become future stewards of their vital work in the CNY region. The application to participate in our Nourishing Tomorrow's Leaders program will go live this coming Monday, July 8. NTL is a nine-week course that focuses on leadership development through board service. We are looking to build a diverse NTL class that will bring different perspectives to the program and, eventually, to the organizations that serve our community.
