Shared micromobility continues to remain at the forefront of transportation equity with 90% of systems offering discount programs, 72% offering alternative payment options, 67% incorporating geographic distribution policies, 69% offering education and outreach programs, and 31% offering adaptive vehicles. http://nabsa.net/industry

In 2023, shared micromobility across North America offset approximately 81 million pounds of CO₂ emissions by replacing car trips. Shared micromobility continued to excel as a climate action tool, contributing to an offset of 81 million pounds of CO2 emissions (37 million kg). in 2022.
