You will lead a team responsible for planning, preventative and predictive maintenance of machinery and equipment, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, repair budgeting, and storeroom functions. You will prioritize safe work practices and providing quality services to all departments. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop others and build upon your experience as a strategic leader.   Requirements High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. 5+ years’ industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing, technical, military, or related environment. 3+ years’ people leadership experience in an industrial maintenance environment.   The approximate pay range for this position is $102,300 - $149,600. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. In this role, you will play a vital role in building strong brands that delight target consumers and generate strong business results linked to building brand equity and changing consumer behavior.
