In April, we alerted you to the impact of foam mattresses on our industry. At that time, the Department of Commerce (DOC) released preliminary findings indicating that imported mattresses from thirteen countries would face higher prices. By June, the DOC established final antidumping rates on foam mattresses from eight countries: Bosnia, Bulgaria, Burma, Italy, Philippines, Poland, Slovenia, and Taiwan. Subsequently, by July, the DOC set final antidumping rates another four countries: India, Kosovo, Mexico, and Spain.* The tariff rates are expected to range from as low as 4.61% to as high as 344.7%. Graham-Field is seeking a team member in Hazelwood, MO! You will play a crucial role in processing incoming containers, picking products accurately according to dispatch orders, verifying shipping information, examining product quality, and packaging and labeling products. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, and be capable of reaching, bending, and lifting. You should be willing to load and unload containers in various weather conditions, and having forklift certification and warehouse equipment experience is a plus.
