We're a mission driven organization dedicated to serving high-quality, sustainable, and delicious food while providing outstanding customer service. Come join our team! The Facilities Manager works in close collaboration with all departmental managers to ensure that Grand Central Bakery has procedures, staffing and services in place to maintain safe, sanitary, and inviting production plants and cafes. The Facilities Manager is responsible for ensuring their staff have the tools, knowledge, systems, and support in place to support Grand Central Bakery’s mission and financial goals. This position develops skilled and passionate workers able to carry out the daily tasks and projects efficiently and safely as a core responsibility. Integral to their team, the Facilities Manager balances administrative duties with time scheduled on the floor as a high functioning crew member, providing additional coverage as necessary during employee illness or vacation. This position provides basic, routine preventative maintenance as directed. Grand Central Bakery is a dynamic company with a diverse workforce.
