At Grayce, we understand that caring for a loved one or self is a deeply personal journey, one that can be overwhelming without the right support. The big benefit is you can use Grayce to outsource those things that take time away from your own headspace and focus at work or focus on actual caregiving." Larissa’s experience highlights the power of family care support. Grayce helps ease the burden by providing caregivers with access to highly trained experts and a wide range of services. This support allows employees to maintain their focus at work and on what truly matters—caring for their loved ones. Inclusion, employee health, and wellness have long been priorities for Exabeam. Despite having a DEI Council, robust Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), and mental health support, they realized they weren’t addressing a crucial issue affecting health and wellness: Caring for loved ones. One in five employees are balancing care responsibilities with their professional commitments, leading to significant strain. So, what does it mean to provide care today? Our CEO and Co-Founder, Julia Cohen Sebastien, recently discussed this during a fireside chat with leaders from Exabeam: "Caregiving isn’t just a label. It’s about being there for your family, friends, or even a neighbor who needs help." Understanding this, Exabeam turned to Grayce for support. Our platform goes beyond traditional EAPs, offering tailored programs that address the diverse needs of employees and their loved ones. This approach not only reduces stress but also enhances well-being and engagement at work. That is, providing caregivers with the benefits and support they need to navigate their caregiving responsibilities as full-time employees. There are more than 53 million caregivers in the U.S., many of whom balance full-time work with their caregiving responsibilities. With the aging population, this number is only set to increase. And by 2030, 73 million Americans will be 65 or older. As the founder of The Caregiving Years Training Academy, Denise Brown, aptly states, "Everyone will be touched by a caregiving situation just because of the demographics in our country." Supporting caregivers isn't just a nice-to-have; it's essential for fostering a productive and compassionate work environment. Looking for key ways employers can support your caregiving workforce? Check out this article from SUCCESS Magazine on "How Company Leaders Can Offer Caregiver Support to an Employee" for actionable insights: https://lnkd.in/d9ESdvRB Consider partnering with Grayce to ensure your caregivers receive the flexibility, compassion, and support they need to thrive both at work and home. #Grayce #Caregiving #EmployeeWellness
