Greenfield Global is a venture capital firm that invests in early-stage companies, globally. It was founded in 2018 and has investments in 16 companies in Canada, United States, Brazil, Colombia, Denmark and Germany. Investments span the range from agricultural genetics and cultivation to health care, and include technology, manufacturing, distribution and retail. Greenfield’s fund is domiciled in Canada and managed by a team based in Canada and Brazil. The Greenfield team brings entrepreneurial and executive experience in the health care and pharmaceutical industries, large-scale operational management, venture capital, M&A and investment banking, with an extensive network across multiple sectors and regions. With the aim of maximizing business success and financial returns, Greenfield works closely with its portfolio companies from the investment phase, through company growth and ultimate exits, and holds Board positions for several companies.
