Check out this 3D model from our designer, James Hubbard! The goal for this project was to update the outdated front landscape while also giving the residents more useable space. We created a small patio by the front door to be used as a small gathering space. We added the addition of a door on the bottom floor to allow for easier access to the house while also giving a space to put trashcans and recycling outside. We also wanted to create a built-in mailbox in the first column while creating spaces for sitting and flowerpots. Follow along to see the final reveal! #landscapedesign #3DRenderings

We're excited to announce our newest team member, Daniel Mestemaker, as our new Junior Commercial Estimator! A recent graduate of Ohio University, Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Russ College of Engineering and Technology, with minors in Finance and Mathematics, and a passion for the landscape industry.   Daniel has interned with The Energy Cooperative in Utica working closely with senior staking engineers and surveyors, and with Functional Design Group – a private contractor for home additions and improvements.  Daniel also ran his own landscaping business, Prolific Landscaping, which grew by word of mouth and customer referrals, from bed cleaning and mulching, to projects that included retaining walls, patios, and outdoor fire pits.
