Dean, the principal of WOMPA, leads a storied career in property management and sale. This summer, in conversation in Tulsa, when asked of that experience and his strong rural roots, he remarked, “Just stick with it!” Those are words to live by. The NMTC program expires at the end of 2025. Applications are open now through June 30 to join Cohort 3 of the Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) Community of Practice (CoP). The RLF CoP training cohorts are five months long and include ten virtual classes presented by Grow America staff, peer leaders, and subject matter experts. Examples of class topics include General RLF Tactics, Underwriting, and Loan Committee and Board Development.
