Monday’s vendor spotlight is Aaron Wood with LKC Technologies. The RETeval is ERG testing Simplified. It is FDA approved, easy for clinicians, and objective functional assessment of retinal health for diabetic retinopathy and optic nerve disorders. It is portable, handheld and can be used anywhere. It has an easy to read and understand report. It can be used as private pay screening device or is reimburseable with CPT code 92273 with more than 560 applicable ICD-10 codes. GRT is excited to have Aaron and LKC as first timers at the GRT Summit

Thursday Vendor Friend Spotlight is Olleyes. This AI based technology in a VR headset can do testing of visual fields, visual acuity, color vision, pupillometry, EOMs and more to come. Are you short on technicians, Olleyes can do it for you, before you enter the exam lane. Excited to have Clarice Owen and Olleyes for their first GRT Summit. Attendees will learn how to use Olleyes to increase office efficiency and what AI assisted tests are reimburseable by medical plans!!!!

Wednesday Vendor Friend Spotlight is Mike Valenti with Sight Sciences. We are excited to have “Big Mike” back with us for a second year! GRT is all about efficiency, portability, and small footprint! TearCare checks all the boxes for efficiency and affordability for a DE treatment. TearCare will be showcased in our business enhancement sessions on Dry Eye Therapy and Office Efficiency. 2 weeks and counting to Estes Park!

Very exciting that in 2 weeks we will meet for the third GRT Summit. We will kick off the pre-event at the Barrel with some awesome Mangia Mangia pizza. Today’s spotlight is Jason Bellefeuille with B+L Specialty contact lenses. Jason is a newcomer to GRT this year but we are excited to learn more about B+L’s Revive line, with robust parameters for SCL fitting of toric and mulitfocal patients. NovaCone brings a custom approach to fitting keratoconus patients with a soft lens. The Zenlens is B+Ls scleral lens which simplifies the specialty scleral lens fitting process. Friday vendor friends spotlight! Due to a patient that walked in our door today, and “just needed some new glasses”, I chose Optos and Topcon for today’s spotlight. We have had Optos in our clinics since 2002 and OCT not long after that. We upgraded our offices to Topcon Maestros over the last 3 years. These two technologies have made us better at diagnosing retinal conditions, monitoring patients, and educating the patients on their condition. The Optos/Topcon wellness protocol is the definition of efficiency in screening patients for retinal eye disease past, present, and future! We look forward to having Denise Boles and Greg Glassman in Estes Park, both newcomers to the GRT family.

Tuesday spotlight on Barti. It is so great to have Colton Calandrella and the Barti team back this year at the GRT Summit! Last year Colton used our GRT attendees as a focus group for determining the next priority items for the Barti software. Innovative use of AI, less clicks, and many other intuitive ideas are making Barti a great EHR. We will be launching a new program in the Barti software at this years GRT Summit!

Monday Vendor Spotlight! Neurolens has been with GRT since the inception. We are so excited that Neurolens is back for the 3rd year in a row! The N3 technology was “unofficially” launched at GRT Summit last year in Acadia NP. Saturday GRT Vendor Spotlight Science Based Health and Richard Briggs. Richard and I met in Feb of 2020 at a Dry Eye meeting in Denver, CO. My partner and I had a plan ready for the ultimate DE center and then…COVID. Richard and I immediately hit it off as he is an avid hiker and outdoorsman also. At AOA, Erich, Richard, and I did a 12 mile walk of our nations most treasured monuments and memorials. You won’t find a finer gentleman than Richard Briggs.
