Apple just rolled out new video and screenshot requirements❗ What does this mean for app developers and marketers? This is ultimately good news ✨This update makes it easier for app updates, meaning there’s less time worrying about creating all the unique sizes 👍🏼 Now, if you prepare screenshots for the 6.9in iPhone, you will no longer be required to include 5.5” or 6.7.” For the iPad, 13in screenshot is only required versus including 11in or 12.9in.” However, the other sizes are still available for developers to upload for now and will still display for older devices. Your priority should be to make sure that the user experience is accurately displayed in the screenshots. For now, Apple has made things easier, but you’ll want to monitor your device conversion rates to see if the latest update impacts you at all. Want to know more about screenshot optimization?
