Hansra Consulting and Advisory Services is an SBA 8(a) Certified business that originated as a small educational consulting, sole proprietorship in 2015 aimed at helping the nonprofit sector to enhance their curricular offerings to their participants, and to consider how data and research can assist in operational and programmatic effectiveness. As projects grew, Hansra Consulting and Advisory Services (HCAS), LLC officially launched in 2015. In 2018, I embarked on a new and empowering journey, focusing entirely on building HCAS as a place to follow my passion and lead a business aligned to my own moral, ethical, and purpose-driven Vocation. HCAS provides consulting and advisory services in the areas of strategic planning, professional learning, curriculum design, evaluation, and leadership development.
