When the sun goes down, we get to work! 🌙 Our recent project at Fiesta Americana Condesa , with Posadas was all about creating an unforgettable experience without disturbing the guests. From midnight to 6 AM, we were transforming the space with massage chairs, neon backdrops, arcade games, a claw machine, and more! 🎮🍿 But the real showstopper? Picture this: It's 2018, and we're in Chicago for IFES - Sharing Knowledge. We strike up a conversation with the folks at Nomura and had a great casual chat. Fast forward two months, and out of the blue, we get an email. Turns out, Sharp Electronics Corporation USA original booth builder had cancelled the contract, and they needed someone to take on a massive 1100 sqm project for CES . The clock was ticking, and the pressure was on…⁠ ⁠ We knew this was going to be a wild ride. With December fast approaching, we flew out to Vegas to show our plans and materials, making sure everything was up to par. And then, on the 26th, the project went live. For three months, it had been all hands on deck—coordinating across time zones, pulling together graphics, furniture, carpets, you name it. We tapped into the EDPA - Experiential Designers & Producers Association resources we had from Brumark, AFR Furniture Rental and more! On top of that we used over 1000 beMatrix USA frames to pull off the design.⁠ ⁠ In the end, what started as a chance encounter turned into a project that brought our whole team together, showing just how much can be achieved with the right mix of communication, collaboration, and a little bit of that Vegas magic! #CES2025 #CES #CES2024 #Lasvegas #CESExhibit

This project had a lightning-fast 10-day turnaround, featuring brand-new furniture and cool graphics. The best part?
