We are thankful for the work that our Harnett County Health Department does. They continue to provide educational opportunities to our community. Over the weekend, they hosted a Narcan training session at Shawtown High School Alumni Association building located in Lillington. This training provided the community with the knowledge and resources to recognize an opioid overdose, how to administer Narcan, and care for the individual until emergency services arrive. [Harnett County News] The Harnett County Courthouse now provides citizens with eCourts kiosks that allow public access to court records. Harnett County now has three kiosks for the public to use: -On the first floor of the Harnett County Courthouse next to the small claim’s courtroom. -On the 2nd floor of the Harnett County Courthouse by the elevator. -At the Harnett County Sheriff's Office & Detention Center (outside the magistrates' office) which will allow the public access 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
