Both shelters are Wi-Fi enabled and pet friendly. Additionally, families are responsible for bringing items such as medication, hygiene products, children’s supplies, chargers for electronics and pet supplies.

The American Red Cross, working in close partnership with emergency managers and community partners in the County of Hawaii has closed all evacuation shelters as of 6:00pm HST. All residents have been assisted and the Red Cross will continue to monitor sheltering needs.

Storms bring high winds, which can increase the threat of a wildfire. To prepare, you'll want to be sure you have a plan on safe places to go and all the ways you'll be able to connect with family if you've been separated. The best time to plan your response is right now!
