So Hedra, the AI lip-sync company that I've shown off here just released an update and I thought... why not use it to make a dating show? 🤣 Sound on pls. The Character-1.5 update promised better overall lip-sync and less blurring and while it hasn't been perfect on every thing I've tried it on, overall it is MUCH better when you get the proper generation. What's truly bonkers about this is that this video took me about 45 mins to make in total -- I wrote the script and ran it through ElevenLabs, generated an image in Midjourney, animated some of those images with Runway GEN-3 Turbo and then got the speaking parts from Hedra. Quick edit in Descript and some titles in Canva and here we are. Overall, very, very insane quality to time ratio. I mean, does it kind of still suck overall?
