Nkanyiso Zikhali, the 2023 Inter Hotel Challenge Wine Steward, recently returned from an exciting educational trip to Amsterdam with HEINEKEN Beverages and has relocated to Cape Town as a wine specialist at Ȅlgr in Kloof Street! During his European experience, he joined Margot Janse’s acclaimed SAAM restaurant. He had the privilege of exploring the city's culture, visiting museums, and learning more about Dutch cuisine and the HEINEKEN brand, providing valuable insights for his career.
