We extend our gratitude to Reagan Bissonnette and the Northeast Resource Recovery Association (NRRA) for hosting an outstanding conference earlier last month. As one of the oldest and largest cooperative-model recycling nonprofits in the US, NRRA brings together hundreds of municipalities, businesses, and individuals to address sustainability issues and promote recycling activities. We were honored to have our co-founder and CIO, Alex Husted, speak about Textile Reuse and Recycling. It was insightful to be a part of this project and the conversation around the $1.5 billion opportunity for textile-to-textile recycling. Thank you for bringing this initiative to life in the US and for providing an in-depth look into consumer behavior and the potential for textile recycling in the country. While we focus on reuse and firmly believe that reuse should be the preferred path ahead of recycling, recycling also plays a crucial role in addressing the textile waste problem. A special shout-out to our co-founder, Alex Husted, who had the opportunity to visit Fashion for Good in Amsterdam earlier this year.
