Last week, our Tampa team made a huge impact to fight hunger in the community by volunteering at Feeding Tampa Bay Food Bank . Over the course of the morning, they packaged an incredible 5,467 pounds of food, which equates to 4,500 meals for families in need. This effort is part of our ongoing commitment through Highwoods Helps to give back and support the well-being of the communities where we live and work. Atlanta popped the cork and poured the bubbles for National Prosecco Day! 🥂 We had an amazing afternoon with our customers at Monarch Centre and Alliance Center. At Highwoods, our goal is to create office spaces where work meets leisure, offering a perfect blend of productivity, fun, and lifestyle for an enriched workday experience. Our Charlotte properties celebrated the start of the games with donut rings, capturing the essence of the quest for gold! Customers felt part of the action while watching the games on Bank of America Tower's thirty-six-foot tall screen. Others enjoyed a competitive game of Pop-A-Shot. It was a fantastic day in Charlotte as our customers carried on the excitement for Team USA.

We're excited to spotlight our intern Caden Morales, whose internship at Highwoods was a deep dive into many aspects of commercial real estate. As a rising junior at the University of Florida studying Finance, Caden brought fresh perspectives and collaborated across departments in our Orlando division—from leasing to property management. He gained insights from executive leadership, corporate functions like acquisitions & dispositions, and even worked alongside our maintenance crew. Together, we shared memorable experiences and empowered Caden to embody the Highwoods spirit as he continues to grow in his career. The Pinnacle at Symphony Place team recently hosted their customers to a relaxing afternoon of sweet treats and cornhole on the green roof.
