If I got a dollar for every time someone mentioned Don Liu at NAPABA then I wouldn’t have to post on LinkedIn anymore. But all roads really do lead back to Don. He’s fundamentally changed the careers of so many people, including mine. What an incredible talent community the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association is! When I was a young lawyer, there were very few Asian Americans who could be a role model for me, who could mentor me or advise me on my career. I shared my story as part of the NAPABA Coffee House Series, in hopes that it will help the next generation advance their careers.
