🥗 Summer Salads with Staff and Interns! 🥗 We had a fantastic time at our Summer Salads with Staff event where our amazing team members and interns brought in their favorite salads to share with the rest of the HOPE Church family. From vibrant fruit salads to hearty grain bowls, the variety and creativity on display were truly inspiring. The highlight of the event was definitely the crazy, fun creations our interns brought in – candy salads, cereal salads, and even a pop tart salad! It’s events like these that remind us how much fun it is to work at a place where we value one another and build community through shared experiences. 🎉 HOPE's Annual “A-MAY-zing” Staff Day! 🎉 Every year, we dedicate a special day to visit our incredible ministry partners in the morning and then come together for some fun-filled activities in the afternoon. This year, our staff had the privilege to go out in groups and encourage the dedicated teams at ministries like Crossover Ministries, Caring Closet, Elijah House Academy, Needle’s Eye, STEP (Strategies to Elevate People), Rise Richmond (formerly CHAT), and Urban Hope. Hearing about the impactful work these organizations are doing was truly inspiring. After our visits, we all gathered for a lunch where we shared the amazing stories and successes of our partners. The passion and dedication of these ministries never cease to amaze us. As an added bonus, we capped off the day with a friendly bowling competition at River City Roll. It was a fantastic way to bond as a team and celebrate the wonderful partnerships we cherish. We’re looking to hire the next Director of Outreach. This position will serve as a part of the Missional Team to lead HOPE’s efforts in missions and outreach internationally as well as assist in raising up young mission leaders. HOPE is a church of approximately 5000 people, actively seeking to advance God’s kingdom across cultural and geographic lines. The Director of Outreach will help HOPE increase its effectiveness as a catalytic movement, offering the Gospel to as many people as possible, as creatively as necessary.
