CDC’s investment through PHIG is enabling recipients to modernize their data systems to improve data storage, track health outcomes, and improve connections between different health centers. For example, New Hampshire is supporting advanced electronic information exchange and laboratory reporting with neighboring states. This is strengthening surveillance within the region.
