  • The HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources department with various tasks related to recruiting, payroll processing, and HR operations. This role requires a proactive approach to HR processes and policies to enhance employee experience and contribute to the overall efficiency of the HR department.   Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in a generalist HR role. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience as an HR Generalist, Payroll Specialist, or similar role. Proficiency in HRIS systems. Strong understanding of payroll principles, tax regulations, and benefits administration. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance requirements.   • The HRIS Business Analyst supports and maintains HRIS systems, specifically Dayforce. This position works closely with functional HR users, other business partners and various software vendors to gather requirements and develop functional specifications and works with functional HR users to develop training materials and test enhancements and other changes to our HRIS systems. Additionally, the position identifies data integrity issues and analyzes data flows for process improvement opportunities.
