Thank you, everyone, for joining us yesterday at our HRFull x Berlin School of Business & Innovation (BSBI) event! 🎉 We dove deep into understanding whether we need to change our processes for young talents and, if so, how to do it. Some takeaways: - 77% of young talents value DEI programs at work and find them important. 🌈 - 54% of young talents said that salary is important. 💸 Young talents and Gen Z are our future workforce. We need to understand them and adapt our processes today because it will be harder to do so in the future.
