Congratulations to Heather Richards, FNP and Anna Wernau, FNP for completing our APC Postgraduate Fellowship Program! We admire their drive to advance their skills and are proud to have them both staying on as full-time Hudson Headwaters health care providers. New patients can establish with Anna at Moreau Family Health or with Heather at West Mountain Family Health. They'll also be caring for patients at our urgent care centers in Warrensburg and Glens Falls.
