May was filled with exciting events for #HudsonSquareProperties tenants, organized by lulafit! Here's a quick recap of a couple of events from last month: 🍊We kicked off rooftop season at 75 Varick! Tenants enjoyed orange-themed delights, including orange wines and cocktails from Night Inn and Orange Glou, delectable cheese pairings from Murray's Cheese, and danced to tunes from DJ Twin-T. 🥋 On May 8th, we hosted a self-defense class at 555 Greenwich Street. Our low-intensity workshop empowered attendees with essential Krav-Maga techniques and valuable insights into establishing personal boundaries and de-escalation tactics. In case you missed it, #HudsonSquareProperties hosted a few eco-friendly events for our tenants to celebrate #EarthMonth. 🌱 We teamed up with PlantShed New York Flowers to build DIY terrariums at 75 Varick. Tenants crafted mini plant gardens while learning essential planting techniques and enjoying light bites and refreshments. 🕯️ The Alvéole team hosted a candle-making workshop for tenants at 555 Greenwich. They created artisanal beeswax candles and enjoyed a delicious lunch.
