Interns at Ibotta get to dive head first into work in pursuit of our mission to make every purchase rewarding! They receive training throughout the summer from our learning & development teams, participate in a DISC assessment to gain a deeper understanding into their work styles, attend company wide meetings and events - like our Summer Picnic held every year in Denver - and develop a custom project that aligns with their interests and career goals.

We asked our Summer 2022 cohort to tell us a little about their experience. From full role immersion to building a professional skill set, our interns gain real world experience and learning! Interns are supported throughout the summer by their managers as well as an employee mentor (who we call buddies) - from day-to-day tasks or learning more about our culture, we want our interns to know that they have team members to support them as well as other cross functional teams to collaborate with.
