Check out all the stops the IBTS Resilience Train has made in the past few days. Amazing work is happening! According to Program Manager Lisa Mariel Escobales, Ph.D. who heads our Programa CDBG-DR funded Whole Community Resilience Planning Program, the train has "allowed us to connect directly with communities. Confirming their history, sociodemographic and economic profile and vulnerabilities in turn validates that the work we do has purpose." "We are proud," she added, "to be part of this pilot program where they are empowered to the communities. Certainly, providing tools to them is essential for the resilient Puerto Rico that we all dream of." #CDBG #Resiliencia #PuertoRico
