At the core of 2SCALE's approach is the Agribusiness Cluster (ABC) model, designed to foster collaboration among farmers, service providers, and business champions to build sustainable and inclusive food systems. By strengthening local networks and improving coordination for inputs, services, and market access, ABCs are unlocking new opportunities for growth. Through ABC meetings, value chain actors foster business relationships, overcome challenges, and drive success. These gatherings have led to tangible benefits—from expanded access to financing to improved market connections and solutions to key regulatory issues.
