Fellows’ Leadership Weekend! This past weekend, resident fellows, program fellows, and peer counselors came together during Fellows’ Leadership Weekend for team-building activities and skills training. We have an outstanding group of resident leaders who will guide our community in meaningful ways through counseling, programmatic events, and by fostering friendships. #100YearsOfCommonGround

Happy birthday, HR! Born on June 29, 1916, Herman Rottenberg, or "HR," as he was affectionately known by I-House staff, residents, and alumni, enriched the I-House experience for thousands of I-House residents for nearly 50 years. Each June 29, HR hosted a birthday gathering at his home that concluded with musical performances by I-House residents and alumni. In his later years, his birthday was celebrated in the Main Lounge at I-House. When he passed away in 2013, HR had left an incredible legacy at I-House. We are pleased to be honoring him and his contributions to the House during our Centennial Celebrations in the fall of 2024. Over the years, HR also offered considerable personal support to I-House residents in times of need or as they launched their careers in the arts and humanities. In tribute to his enduring legacy, we invite you to consider making a gift in his honor. Your generosity will not only celebrate HR’s life but also support the ongoing mission of I-House, enriching the lives of residents just as HR did for so many years. #100YearsOfCommonGround #IHouseHistory #CentennialCelebrations
