Independent School Alliance (ISA) is seeking an inaugural Director of Development to lead their fundraising efforts and drive their organizational growth. ISA is a small but impactful organization dedicated to empowering children of exceptional talent and potential from racially underrepresented and economically under-resourced communities to transform independent schools and society. ISA is the oldest and preeminent organization based in Southern California helping to place talented students of color in independent schools in the Greater Los Angeles area. The successful candidate for their first Director of Development will have a strong understanding of fundraising principles, techniques, and strategies, with 5+ years of fundraising experience and a proven track record of securing major gifts, grants, and sponsorships.
