Governor's Excellence in Affordable Housing Awards - These awards recognize the most outstanding new properties in four categories: Rural, Urban, Senior and Special Needs. In order to be eligible, a property must be placed into service between July 1, 2023 and July 1, 2024. 🎉 2024 IHC Charity Nomination Form Now Open 🎉 Each year, the #IndianaHousingConference hosts a golf outing to kick off the start of the annual conference. Through the generosity of our players and sponsors, we are able to provide donations to charitable applicants who will use funds to provide additional services and/or amenities at an affordable housing development (9% or 4%). Applicants should have residents in mind and include such things as expanding or bringing new services or service providers to a community, adding amenities like computers, recreational activities, gardens, trails, green space improvements, and the like.
