Building software to scale student support

Who benefits from a Student Journey Mapping exercise? That’s a question I’ve gotten a lot this past week with our upcoming Learner Success Guild workshop on Monday. The short answer is: everyone who cares about the student experience! It’s a great tool for bringing cross-functional teams together to collaborate on the student experience. Here’s a few examples of how to use it: - Scenario 1: Your program is growing quickly. New people and processes are being added almost weekly and not everyone is on the same page. A student journey map exercise can get everyone aligned and be an excellent tool for onboarding. - Scenario 2: You're about to adopt a new software to support your team’s work but facing some resistance or hesitation. A student journey map exercise can bring clarity of where the new tool fits to improve buy-in and surface any process changes that need to be made. - Scenario 3: Your students are frustrated with their experience and you know a revamp is in order, but in what areas? A student journey map exercise can produce a sort of heat map for you to assess what aspects to prioritize and change. Due to growing interest, we’re opening this workshop up beyond the LSG community. RSVP to join: https://lnkd.in/eeeWMZvd
