About us

Integrity sets the international standard for ethically delivered, expert services. Based on evidence and learning, we help clients and communities to build trust and understanding as the basis for transformative and sustainable change. Our services are underpinned by the principles on which the company was founded: a commitment to local context, ethical procurement of local services and expert and high-quality delivery. We employ a multinational team of project managers and implementers, thematic and regional experts, researchers, evaluators and analysts with years of experience delivering complex programmes in complex contexts globally. Our TPM is designed to support timely course corrections and inform current and future decision making by highlighting successes and challenges, giving a clear voice to the communities receiving the help and assistance and the people on the ground providing it. Whether providing analysis of conflicts around the globe, evaluating peacebuilding programming, or monitoring the effectiveness of humanitarian relief programmes - we are dedicated to enabling positive change and helping build a more peaceful, sustainable future.
