INTEGRITYOne Partners Proudly Supports the Next Generation of Tech Entrepreneurs Today, May 21, 2025, I had the immense pleasure of recognizing the winners of the Fairfax Area 50+ Technology Committee Shark Tank Challenge, held on May 2, 2024. INTEGRITYOne Partners proudly gave away $2,500 in prize money to support this incredible event, which challenges high school students from Fairfax County to develop innovative devices or apps that positively impact the lives of older adults, adults with disabilities, or caregivers. Having been involved in this challenge for the past four years, I can confidently say that it is one of the most inspiring events I participate in annually. INTEGRITYOne Partners has supported this initiative since 2015, and it has been a privilege to see it grow and flourish over the years. This year, five teams from local high schools competed, showcasing their professionalism, enthusiasm, and compassion through their innovative products and services. The dedication of Fairfax County civil servants, along with the unwavering support of teachers, parents, and volunteer judges, is the cornerstone of this event's success. Their collective efforts ensure the students have a platform to shine and make a real difference in their communities. The students' creativity, poise, and confidence were truly inspiring. Their willingness to help others through innovative solutions reassures me that our future is in good hands. Each team demonstrated a deep understanding of the challenges faced by older adults and individuals with disabilities, and their solutions were practical and empathetic. As someone passionate about fostering innovation and supporting the next generation of entrepreneurs, I am continually inspired by the young minds I meet through this challenge. Their drive and dedication remind me of the importance of nurturing talent and providing opportunities for growth and development. At INTEGRITYOne Partners, we believe in the power of innovation to transform lives. IOP was recently featured in an article published by Virginia Tech detailing our partnership with the university. Last year, IOP engaged with a group of Virginia Tech College of Engineering graduate students who were working on a #capstoneproject as a part of their degree requirements. Ed Hollingsworth, a valued IOP employee, was one of the students on a team of five. IOP provided the students with an internal project we had been hoping to get up and running for years that involved #artificialintelligence. The technical skills possessed by the students, paired with their innovation and motivation, were exactly what was needed to really get the project off the ground. As a proud recipient of the CIO-SP3 Small Business (SB) contract, INTEGRITYOne Partners (IOP) would like to share recent news about the contract’s extension. On July 11, 2023, NITAAC (NIH Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center) announced it would extend the period of performance (PoP) for CIO-SP3 SB to 4/29/2024. Task orders can be issued for up to 5 years through 4/28/2029. In light of this NITAAC notice, IOP revised its CIO-SP3 SB contract overview. IOP is able to represent and recertify as a small business for all NAICS codes.
