Earlier this week we had the immense pleasure of leading a workshop for an incredible group of leaders, in partnership with She Runs It. It was energizing to foster community and witness leaders' enthusiasm as we explored enhancing clarity and confidence in their personal leadership brand. Amidst relentless demands, leaders often overlook the importance of introspection – to create space and stillness, turning our attention and our energy inward, even for just a moment. Don’t we as leaders deserve that? We challenged participants to consider: 💡 Am I living, working and leading in alignment with my values? 💡 Do I move through each day with integrity and clarity? 💡 How is the work that I do and the way that I do it supporting me in taking micro-steps toward my future self? 💡 What’s the tension between where I currently am and where I want to be as a leader? 💡 Whether the space between those two realities is small or vast, what’s one small, intentional thing I can do every single day that will move me closer to the leader I aspire to be?
