Illinois is making critical investments in site readiness. 🛠️ The Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity announced $42 million in funding for its Regional Site Readiness Program to prepare sites for industrial development in the state's 10 Economic Development Regions. This program is one more step in modernizing the state's infrastructure for future development opportunities. Grantees will be selected from Notice of Funding Opportunities (NOFO) applications, which are due Oct. 21. DCEO will host sessions to provide assistance and answer questions.
