From proposals and concepts to projects nearing construction, it's been a great year. We've designed and optimized mass timber projects from 4 stories of timber up to 22 stories. Although we may not see all of these through to completion, it shows the tremendous amount of potential and versatility mass timber can offer. In these projects mass timber was selected not just for it's beauty and low embodied carbon, but because the belief it could be built cost effectively and on a tight schedule. Working together with well integrated teams, we're able to make the right decisions up front and proceed with confidence through design. Mass timber aligns with our core values of building a better more sustainable future. We're excited to be a part of this growing market, and are fortunate to have great clients like Harbor Bay Ventures leading the charge. It's going to be a fun week for mass timber. Today we'll be sharing our work at the Timber Offsite Construction conference in Melbourne. We're looking forward to presenting alongside a diverse group of international timber experts. Later in the week, Josh Dortzbach, SE, PE and Eric Guenther, SE will be representing Interstice and Forefront Structural Engineers at the Advancing Mass Timber conference in Atlanta. Looking forward to connecting with those at the conference and talking more about this growing industry. (We'll be seeing more of Atlanta soon as the Intro Atlanta mass timber project moves forward.
