In July, Invesco’s Working Families Network (WFN) + Management Council hosted Bring Your Child to Work Day across several of our North America offices. Parents brought their children to get a glimpse into working at Invesco, and each office offered events unique to their location – ranging from themed scavenger hunts to financial education games. 📍 At our global headquarters in Atlanta, Laura Lee, Invesco's Global Chief of Staff and Strategy Execution and WFN’s Executive Sponsor, kicked off the day with opening remarks. Children had the chance to play with a virtual reality headset game and sharpen their broadcasting skills in our on-site multimedia studio. 📍 In New York City, children explored our rooftop garden, created custom Invesco journals, and produced and starred in their own news show. 📍 Our Downer's Grove office featured a "Surprising Soil Superheroes" game and craft organized by SCARCE, a local environmental education non-profit. 📍 In our Houston office, children participated in a role-playing game about the stock market. We loved seeing all the bright and young minds fill up our offices for the day! #LifeAtInvesco

Our strategists share their updates: ➡️ Equal weight opportunities: Chris Dahlin shares how increased concentration, higher valuations, and indications of rate cuts may signal potential opportunities for equal weight ETFs. ➡️ Thematic: Rene Reyna, CFP® explains how retiring baby boomers and younger FIRE (Financial Independence Retire Early) investors have been driving demand for income-generating investments. ➡️ Fixed income: Jason Bloom highlights how senior secured loans could offer income and opportunity and might even provide a strategic edge in today’s market. ➡️ Commodities: With the election on the horizon, Kathy Kriskey explains how the results may affect gold, oil, and natural gas. ➡️ Equities: Chris Dahlin examines mixed economic signals and highlights the value of the quality factor for investors looking to help mitigate risk while seeking growth. We’re in the aftermath of a global market sell-off and before the home stretch of a historic presidential campaign. If this worries you, our Global Market Strategist Brian Levitt says to remember two things: ▪️ When markets are oversold — the way they are right now — the next 12 months have historically been positive for the stock market, with the S&P 500 Index returning 11.5% on average. ▪️ Election-year Novembers have largely been below or near average for market volatility — running counter to fears that elections spur extraordinary volatility. From August 13 to September 12, we're celebrating Invesco's Rising Career Network (RCN) by spotlighting its members. This year’s theme is, "The Power Trio of the Workplace: Efficiency, Wellness, and Connections." The sessions this month are aimed to promote and foster professional development for everyone at Invesco, regardless of their stage in their career. Meet Sarah Wong, a developer on the systematic trading team out of our Houston office! Sarah joined Invesco in 2021. She shares the impact RCN has made on her professional journey. "I joined Invesco during the pandemic, which made it a challenge to connect with colleagues in the office. However, RCN significantly broadened my professional network, providing opportunities to collaborate with various teams and learn how to organize creative upskilling workshops. This experience has not only set me and others up for success but has also shaped me into a better mentor, peer leader, and, most importantly, reminded me that the support of the community around us is invaluable." #LifeatInvesco
