🎉 Exciting News! Thanks to a generous $3 Million donation, we're thrilled to announce The Mosaic Company as the presenting sponsor of our upcoming Sea Lion Exhibit! This isn't just any donation—it's the largest corporate investment in our Sea Change campaign, showcasing Mosaic's deep commitment to conservation and the Tampa Bay community. Their support will help us bring California sea lions to the West Coast of Florida for the first time! Mosaic has been a loyal supporter since our opening in 1995, providing over 42 million gallons of real ocean saltwater from the Gulf of Mexico since 2004, a vital resource for our animals. “This partnership exemplifies the power of public-private collaborations in driving meaningful change,” said Bruce Bodine, President and CEO of The Mosaic Company. Phase 2️⃣: A redesigned mezzanine with expanded touch experience, tide pool feature, and aquatic lounge. Phase 3️⃣: Florida's only Pacific Puffin exhibit, presented by the Vinik Family Foundation, with a kelp forest habitat and stunning coastal experience. Phase 4️⃣: The sea lion exhibit, presented by Mosaic, immerses guests in the rocky shores of the Pacific Northwest with California sea lions. This phase also includes an expanded African penguin habitat.
