Soy-based asphalt is gaining traction 🚜 and increasing demand for #soybean oil. The second phase of a project featuring this type of asphalt was recently completed and on display at the Farm Progress Show. The newly finished surface not only provides a solid foundation but is also better for the environment. Partially funded by the soybean checkoff.

The IA-MO Grassroots Fellowship officially kicked off last week. Participants had the opportunity to hear from ISA staff and met with legislators and those in the advocacy space 📢 They also explored the Farm Progress Show and connected with #soybean industry professionals. Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds signed a proclamation at the Farm Progress Show stating that August is Soybean Month in Iowa. This brings attention to the versatile crop responsible for feeding and fueling the world. Lindsay Greiner farms with his family in Washington County and recently retired from serving on the Iowa Soybean Association (ISA) Board of Directors. “You gain a different perspective while serving on the ISA board.
